We completed this Stainless Steel Distribution Header used for a seawater filtration system. Used offshore on the Upper Zakum oil field in the UAE. The fabrication had specific dimensional requirements, required post-weld machining and custom made parts.

A set of 4 Stainless steel 316/L Atomizing Air Filtration Vessels. Designed and manufactured with ASME VIII Div.1 U Stamp and meeting Algerian ARH requirements. The Vessels feature a custom made hinged body flange and a custom internal elbow. The vessel was finished with a Pickle and passivated surface finish. Spot Radiography was performed to meet the code requirements.

Pure Water Filtration Vessel used in the Hydrogen Industry for the Puertollano Hydrogen project in Spain at CPE we are proud to be supporting the growing hydrogen and clean energy markets. The vessel contains internal filtration pipework. Made from Stainless steel 316/L the vessel required Full radiography, DPI and visual inspection. Designed in-house the vessel considers Cyclic, Nozzle loadings and Transport loadings. One of the nozzles is a custom sight glass. The vessel was completed with a pickle and passivated surface finish giving an improved corrosion resistance and a nice bright surface finish.

Carbon Steel Silencer Vessel (2 off) were recently designed and manufactured with ASME U stamp at our workshop in Tamworth. The Carbon Steel Silencer vessels are for the BP Tortue Phase 1 project for LNG production being used in Mauritania & Senegal. The design and project required full NDT with 100% radiography, 100% MPI, 100% UT and Visual completed on the vessels. The design considers Wind, transportation and Motion loadings. Made from Carbon Steel A516 Grade 60 with a 3mm corrosion allowance. aside from Carbon Steel Silencer vessel ‘s at CPE, we manufacture a wide range of products for the UK and international projects covering a wide range of industries, follow the links below to find out more.

ASME U Knock-out Drum designed and manufactured here at CPE in Tamworth for the FPSO Ruby princess located offshore India. The vessel was made to comply with ASME U Stamp and ABS Shipping rules. The design considers, Wind, Blast, Transport, Nozzle and Motion loads. NDT Required: 100% MPI, 100% Ultrasonic testing and Spot Radiography. The vessel was made from carbon steel to be painted by our client.

Filtration Vessel for UK recycling project. CPE are proud to be supporting UK based projects that are working towards a more sustainable future. The vessel was designed and manufactured in accordance with the PE(S)R and supplied with a UKCA mark. The vessel has internals to support a free issued filtration system. the design required 100% Xray and DPI and had a pickle and passivated surface finish.

ASME U Stamp Filter Vessels made from Stainless steel 316/L for use in Mauritania & Senegal Region on the BP Tortue Phase 1 project. Designed, manufactured and certified in accordance with AMSE VIII Div.1 U Stamp and complying with project specifications. The vessels had full NDT requirements 100% Radiography, Ultrasonic testing, DPI and PMI along with test plates. Finished with Project specification paint.

A recent project for North Sea Oil and Gas Project for 4 off Duplex UNS S31803 Filter Vessels designed and manufactured to comply with NORSOK M650 & M601 and they comply with Oil and Gas Project specifications. The Filter Vessels required full NDT: 100% Radiography, DPI, Ultrasonic testing and PMI. The design considers nozzle, wind, seismic and blast loadings and is finished with a Pickle and Passivation surface treatment.

2 off Carbon Steel Filter Vessels (absolute Coalescers) for the BW Galina FSRU which will be the first FSRU in El Salvador.

Designed and manufactured in house to meet the design requirements of NORSOK-601, ASME VIII Div.1 and DNV GL ship rules along with project and client specifications which considered blast, wind nozzle and transport loadings, the manufacturing was carried out in our Tamworth DNV GL approved workshop, the vessels were inspected with NDT requiring 10% Radiography, 100% MPI. Finally, the vessels were finished with external paint to meet project specifications.
